Through our ServiceNow Academy, you become a sought-after ITSM developer in 9 weeks. At the same time, you will be employed by Experis and receive a salary during the entire training. We have designed the education together with some of Sweden's leading companies to match the labor market's demand for ServiceNow developers. This Accelerated Learning Program focuses on CSA certification, CIS-ITSM certification, and knowledge in NowPlatform scripting and implementation. During the training, you will also go through other important fundamental knowledge, such as ITIL, JavaScript, and Agile Development.

After nine weeks of intensive training within ServiceNow, you complete a 12-month specialization period at one of our customers where you work as a ServiceNow developer. You will then be employed directly by our client or continue as a consultant with us at Experis.

  2. Tests
    You submit your credentials and certificates from previous studies and then have to take some tests online so that we can ensure that you meet the requirements and criteria for our Java training.

  3. Interview
    We first have an initial phone interview and then a digital interview where you can tell us more about your previous experiences and where your expertise lies. You also get the opportunity to ask all your questions about our Java training.

  4. References
    We will contact the references you have provided so that we can get a complete picture of you and your skills.

  5. Notice
    You will be notified if you have entered the training and, if so, may sign an employment contract.

Criteria you need to meet:

The following criteria must be met for you to be able to apply for our training:

  • You must have completed at least a 2-year education from a university of applied sciences or 3-5 years from a university/college in an IT-related field within the last 2 years.
  • You should enjoy solving complex problems and have a sense of logic.
  • You see yourself as someone who enjoys collaborating with others, wants to work according to set goals, and is flexible.
  • You speak and write Swedish and English without hindrance.
