What does a ServiceNow developer do?

A ServiceNow developer plays a decisive role in optimizing IT operations through the smart use of the ServiceNow platform. A developer works, among other things, to:

  • Configure workflows, develop scripts and integrations with other systems
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving of existing flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Apply coding and configuration best practices
  • Report and analyze to provide insights into ITSM performance
  • Document configurations and customizations
  • Lead training for end users and IT staff

  1. Submit your application
    Start by submitting your application to us. You do this via the ads that appear on our jobseeker page for current intakes.

  2. Tests
    You submit your credentials and certificates from previous studies and then have to take some tests online so that we can ensure that you meet the requirements and criteria for our Java training.

  3. Interview
    We first have an initial phone interview and then a digital interview where you can tell us more about your previous experiences and where your expertise lies. You also get the opportunity to ask all your questions about our Java training.

  4. References
    We will contact the references you have provided so that we can get a complete picture of you and your skills.

  5. Notice
    You will be notified if you have entered the training and, if so, may sign an employment contract.

Criteria you need to meet:

The following criteria must be met for you to be able to apply for our training:

  • You must have completed at least a 2-year education from a university of applied sciences or 3-5 years from a university/college in an IT-related field within the last 2 years.
  • You should enjoy solving complex problems and have a sense of logic.
  • You see yourself as someone who enjoys collaborating with others, wants to work according to set goals, and is flexible.
  • You speak and write Swedish and English without hindrance.
