All consultants who have been employed for more than a year receive 5 days annually for upskilling and work-life balance. 
 

At least 2 annual career discussions

Together with your consulting manager, you have 2 annual career discussions to ensure that we can guide you technically and stay ahead with a professional development plan. This discussion includes a check-in with your client to get their perspective and needs. This is an opportunity for our consultants to share their own career goals and objectives.  
 

Access to our e-learning platform

Our e-learning platform contains over 4,500 digital IT courses and a wide range of certifications that make you more competitive in the IT job market.  
 

Experis Academy

Experis Academy is our training offering and a fast track within the most in-demand IT skills on the market. As a consultant with us, you receive information about all upcoming courses that you can apply for. Read more about Experis Academy.
 

We actively work to meet your wishes for upskilling and further development. This can, for example, mean that an experienced developer gets the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in a new programming technique or that a project manager learns new methods for agile management. In this way, we ensure that our consultants are always ahead in their areas of expertise.

Career discussions for individual upskilling

All consultants have different experiences, knowledge levels, and preferences. Therefore, upskilling is tailored for each consultant. Our upskilling model is based on close collaboration between the consultant and the responsible consulting manager. This allows us to capture our consultants' career ambitions and tailor the training to align perfectly with each consultant's individual goals.

TeamUP and group upskilling

An important part of upskilling is our so-called TeamUPs. These digital meetings are collaborative forums that give you, as a consultant, the opportunity to learn together with others. It can involve tackling new challenges together or sharing your experiences and knowledge to find new solutions to old problems. The meetings can also provide consultants with insights into Experis' operations and what is happening within the company. In these contexts, you are encouraged to actively contribute and be part of a learning environment.

Five extra days for development and work-life balance

We take responsibility for a sustainable work life by offering My#Experislifedays, a benefit that gives our consultants five extra days per year. These days can be used for professional development and upskilling or to promote a better balance between work and leisure. This opportunity gives consultants the time and space to focus on personal and professional development.
