Become a sought-after IT consultant in 3 months with our paid training

With Experis Academy, you get the knowledge and experience needed in tomorrow's labor market. The intensive training lasts 12 weeks, where you learn relevant and modern technologies at a fast pace to work as a programmer and developer. At the same time, you will receive a salary throughout the course.

After 3 months of IT training, you complete a 12-month specialization period where you work as a consultant for one of our customers. We have a company event during the first period of your education where you get to meet some of Sweden's leading companies and are matched with a company that suits you. When the specialization period is complete, your training is transferred to employment directly with them, or you continue in your consulting role with us at Experis.

How to apply

1. Application
   Start by submitting your application to us via one of the job advertisements for the education that you will find on our search page. Search for "Experis Academy" and all specializations and cities will appear for current intakes.
   
   
2. Tests
   You complete some initial logic tests online and submit your grades from previous trainings so that we can see that you have the necessary qualifications to attend our IT training. You also complete a personality test.
   
   
3. Interview
   We have a phone interview as a first meeting with you and later a digital skills-based interview where you get the opportunity to tell more about yourself and your qualifications. Here you can also ask any questions you have about the program.
   
   
4. References
   To ensure your background and learn more about you, we call your two references. You decide who these people should be.
   
   
5. Notice
   You will now be notified if you have entered our developer training and we will sign an employment contract where you will be employed by us at Experis.

Some prior knowledge is required

To enjoy our program and in your future role as IT consultant, it is important that you have an interest in IT and programming. You need to have completed a previous education in an IT-related field in order for you to have the basic knowledge required to be able to complete our intensive developer training.

• You must have completed at least a 2-year education from a university of applied sciences or 3-5 years from a university/college in an IT-related field within the last 2 years.
• You should be motivated by solving complex problems and have a sense of logic.
• You see yourself as someone who enjoys collaborating with others, wants to work towards set goals and is flexible.
• You speak and write Swedish and English freely.
  
  

After your IT education

When you have completed our entire program in a total of 15 months, you will either be employed directly by the company where you did your specialization period or continue your employment with us at Experis. If you become employed at the company where you were during your education, they take over all employer responsibilities. If you continue to work with us at Experis, you will get a fun job as an IT consultant where you can choose whether you want to work on longer assignments with our customers or vary yourself with several shorter assignments.
