It is important for us to maintain the highest quality in everything we do. A guarantee of this is that we are quality and environmentally certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
The internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard is generic and applicable to all types of product and service providers. It is developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and its purpose is to set international requirements for quality management systems
The standard is applicable to all processes in an organization that has an impact on quality. It emphasizes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Quality work means that we work for continuous improvement
Working to an ISO 9001 standard means that we have a strong quality management system, we clarify the responsibilities that we carry out and we analyze our results and implement improvements. The work includes the development and improvement of our activities towards both clients, candidates and employees.
ISO 14001 is globally recognized and the framework for environmental management systems. ISO 14001 aims to create continuous improvement. The standard also requires that we identify our environmental impact. We define our goals and take action to improve processes and reduce impact. ISO 14001 supports us with the proactive management of our environmental impact. With our ISO 14001 certified environmental management system, we go beyond just the basic requirements. The focus is on continuous improvement.
One of our specific goals is to reduce the negative impact on the environment. The environmental study that we conducted in 2012 showed that the greatest impact on the environment for our part was mainly CO2 emissions from air travel, rental cars and company cars. In 2013, we reduced our carbon emissions generated by air travel by 30 percent and in 2014, we aim to make further reductions.
