Azelio is currently in an extensive expansion phase, finding new partners and establishing presence all over of the world. Therefore, we are now looking for new colleagues who want to help change and improve global energy production.
As material engineer at Azelio you will be working as a technical expert in metallic material technology and high temperature applications. You will be working with modelling and calculations of both high temperature corrosion and melting and freezing of heat storage materials such as aluminium alloys.
You will be the material expert and responsible for the quality assurance for the metallic materials within Azelio’s products. You will be a significant part of setting up strategies, methods and tools within the metallic material field. You will also participate in test planning, test evaluation and system modelling for Azelio’s systems.
As material engineer you will instruct and assist colleagues and consultants in metallic material questions. Azelio is cooperating with universities, companies, authorities and research institutes and as material engineer you will contribute to research and science in your field of expertise.
Education and experience
You are a suitable candidate if you have a Master of science or PhD in metallic materials technology or equivalent experience. Required experience in research or work in material science and metallic materials. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It is meritorious if you have experience from some of the areas listed below:
- Research within metallic materials in high temperature applications.
- Research within latent heat storage in metallic materials.
- Research within liquid metallic materials for heat transfer.
- Design work of high temperature systems.
- Competence within validation, test and life tests.
