IT Services is responsible for IT operations, support and the procurement of IT related services, licenses and supplies for If. We provide this through a number of vendors - and with a strong culture of owning and developing our IT-solutions. 600 of If's 6000 employees are within IT in over 30 internal development teams, many of which are transitioning to Cloud and DevOps way of working. Our Wide Area Network spans the Nordics as well as Baltics along with dedicated connection to Azure, and we have made a move to Office 365. If's employees as well our customers rely on that IT works, is modern and cost efficient. Are you curious to start as Service Delivery Manager in the Nordic's biggest Insurance Company?
Service Delivery is a Nordic unit responsible for delivering good quality and stable IT services to If. Focus has changed from fire-fighting towards a more structured approach to problem solving and follow up on vendor performance, securing and continuously improving continuity for the whole If IT landscape.
Service Delivery responsibility is also to secure that there are clear channels for handling operations towards all applications and services. This requires good external and internal governance within If IT community as well as well working IT Service Management processes. Service Delivery suggests and drives improvements related to deliveries and delivery processes, and reports on stability, problems, availability and performance.
We are now opening a Service Delivery Manager position to strengthen our unit. You will be responsible for the IT services delivered to If within agreed Nordic responsibility areas; monitoring that deliveries take place in time and with the right quality, and handling escalations. You will be the focal point for communication and coordination between our IT suppliers and If, and you will lead problem solving, taskforces or improvement tasks and small projects. You will also have an important role within change management process and procedures development.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need
- strong overall understanding and knowledge of IT services, operations, infrastructure, and application development in a complex environment as well as a broad technical understanding.
- experience and proven record in ITSM (e.g. Incident, Problem and Change management).
- strong analytical skills with structured problem solving.
- to be able to handle complex problems, to ensure they come to resolution.
- active approach in coordinating stakeholders, building networks, learning new things and taking on new challenges.
- an enthusiastic, innovative and self-driven personality with ability to work under pressure.
- good communication skills in Swedish language, as well as fluent in English.
- an attitude, that you really want to make a difference and that you make it happen!
This is a Nordic position, located in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Service Delivery. Some travel will be required since the role has responsibility throughout the countries in which If operates.
