Assignment: 1 year long Consultant Assignment
Experis is looking for a senior recruiter on behalf of our client. The company's core business is within the automotive industry and you will take the role as Senior Recruiter within the EMEA region. As Senior Recruiter for EMEA, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability for all sales companies within the region. You will act as an advisor and work with hiring managers to support current and future needs as well as ensure a complete understanding of their recruitment requirements.
You will also:
- attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing
- searching and connecting with people around the world
- attend People Fora's and management meetings with EMEA to keep in line with current initiatives and future plans
- screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.
To succeed in this role, you have a University degree within HR or similar field. We are looking for you who have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment and proactive search, preferably technical tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and certifications in psychometric tests such as Matrigma and MAP. We think that you've worked with recruiting within in the area of sales-, marketing- och economy roles before. We see it as a merit if you have previously worked in a global company with a multi-national environment. For this role you are required to be fluent in English as you will work internationally and together with people who do not have English as their native language.
Your personality is important for this role and we are looking for someone who's passionate about recruitment, enjoy working internationally and be part of a company with people from all over the world and with different cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, you are result oriented, enjoy working at a high pace, have strong integrity and good communication skills.
