Fors Mill is a board mill located outside Avesta of southern Dalarna. We manufacture boxboard used for consumer packaging for foods, confectionery and graphical applications. Our customers are located throughout the world and our production capacity amounts to 400 000 tonnes / year. Description
Consumer Boards is looking for a Technical Customer Service Engineer (TCS)

Working as a TCS employee you will work with quality development together with the production. Besides the Product Manager you will be an important link between mill and Sales regarding product development. You are responsible for handling complaints in the appointed product segment within Fors mill. You will work to solve technical claims and to find solutions to technical inquiries and ensure the customer service is of the best quality. In this roll you have a lot of responsibilities, for exampel internal communication about product specifications, organizing mill visits and support colleagues. You need to ensure to spread the information towards the production to meet customer requirements. You will also provide operational statistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/master's degree in relevant technical areas or similar knowledge
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in product and board or paper
  • Similar experience in printing or converting
  • Advanced in communication and presentation
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written Swedish and English
  • Proactive attitude, ability to analyse information and take initiatives
  • Structured approach
  • Ability to do independent work and take decisions in different customer situations.
  • Ability to travel, it's up to 50 traveling days in a year
  • Service minded and good team player
