To strengthen our HR team we are now looking for a talented HR Business Partner who will be based in Frösundavik, Solna.
In the HR function we aim to create an environment for employees to deliver the best of Schneider Electric to our customers. We are experts in people matters, our collaboration and the engagement of each of us is key to achieve our company's growth and business ambitions.
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a local and international environment. As HR Business Partner you play a key role in the organization and work closely with our managers and teams. Together with the business you set and plan the people agenda, ensure local execution and business performance. It’s both at strategic and hands-on role. You will be part in the business area management team and be the main contact for local managers and unions.
To be successful in this position you are a person with drive and ambition, who is people and business minded, takes initiative and have excellent communication skills. You have a proven ability to coach and counsel managers. You have the capacity to convince and build-up relationship based on trust and reliability. You are results driven, persistent and flexible. It’s essential that you maintain a high-level and up-to-date expertise, in the Human Resources area, to provide added value to the business.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally with experience from a large international company. Relevant University degree and fluent written and spoken English and Swedish is a must. You are familiar with talent management, diversity, compensation and benefits and the Swedish context in terms of legislation, labor law and employee relations.
