Do you want to be responsible for the Nordic financial reporting and controlling in a small, but growing company with the local head office near Malmö? Your main responsibilities will be to provide accurate financial reports and KPI’s to the international Group and the local Country Head. You will be responsible for one legal entitiy in the Nordics.
The accounting is handled by an international shared service center within the company, and the FP&A controller will work in close cooperation with the shared service center to ensure quality in accounting and reporting.
The responsibilities will include:
- Ensure business plan, budget and forecasts are delivered on time and according to the Groups guidelines
- Closing process (accruals, reconciliation, analysis of sales margin, COGS etc)
- Produce monthly P&L and cash flow reports and forecasts with quality in time
- Internal control
- Cash collection
- Contribute to global finance team activities
The position reports to the Controller Manager in France, but will work closely with the Swedish Country Head.
Who are you?
You have a university degree in Business administration and at least five years of relevant work experience. You are an experienced Excel user with a good general knowledge of ERP systems. As a person you are proactive, driven, independent and flexible with good analytical skills.
You will be the only local Finance professional which requires a good understanding of accounting and tax. You will act as the point of contact for accounting issues and be the link between the accounting department in the shared service center, the authorities and the Group. Experience from accounting or an audit firm is highly meritable.
You are fluent in English and Swedish.
