As Head of Sales & Marketing, your primary responsibility is to support sales of all Daimler related automotive brands and segments from smart to EvoBus. To achieve this, you are responsible for designing the most attractive financial services initiatives and market them through various products and campaigns. One of your main focus areas is to drive sales and finding new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying white spots and grow the business potential through new products and business developments.
The overall goal is to establish Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in Sweden as the preferred financial services partner for the brand partners, dealers and customers.
You develop and implement MBF and CRM strategy through best practices, meetings and exceeding the MBF dealer and customer satisfaction index targets. Furthermore, you secure that the company works with the best and most efficient sales systems to the dealers, giving them a range of tools to use and complete more efficiently, making Mercedes-Benz Finance Sweden their first financial services provider of choice. To succeed in this role, you must have an outstanding understanding of dealers and customers. This requires an ability to create an appealing customer and dealer experience throughout the complete sales process. You manage a sales team of 15 FTE’s, who cover operations.
You hold relevant academic credentials at Bachelor or Master Levels in Finance, Marketing or similar. You have at least three to five years of experience in a leading position within the financial services area in the automotive- or related industry. You know how to steer the business locally, leading and motivating your team and managing relations to your business partners as well as internationally to HQ in Germany. English is the corporate language, and you thus master both written and oral English and Swedish.
You are a person with strong communication skills, excellent in stakeholder management and establishing relations with different stakeholders, as well as with dealers and customers. You are service- and customer oriented, have analytical skills and are self-driven. You have passion not just for the position but for the brand Mercedes-Benz, being a 24/7 ambassador for the brand and acting as a role model in line with company values. You are a winner by nature and work process oriented to ensure your targets together with your team. It is natural for you to take responsibility for getting things done. As a team player, you thrive in collaborating closely with colleagues in the organization and with business partners.
It is a local contract and you work out of the Malmoe office.
