We are looking for a problem manager for a number of services within Retail. A Problem Manager is accountable for Problem Management process compliance within a designated area, normally a set of one or more Services or organisational unit, with responsibility for the control of the lifecycle of Problems and Known Errors. The problem manager always has end-user satisfaction and end-user productivity in focus.

As problem manager your tasks will include:

- Managing Problem management within several areas of services

- Controlling Lifecycle of Problem and known errors

- Pro-active problem management

- Escelate resources from different teams when needed for problem analysis and solutions

We believe you have an experience of 4-7 years in working with ITIL framework and Incident and Problem management processes.
