We are now looking for a person with great interest in business support and information management to join our Group function Reporting and Accounting at Skanska's Headquarters in Stockholm. As a Business Analyst you will be a part of the Management Reporting team, which provides business reports to Group management. In addition, this team is working with an extensive Corporate Governance Information Initiative that focuses on Data Governance and information quality. The aim of this initiative is to strengthen our data governance to further support the business. Presently the team consists of four people situated in Stockholm, all reporting to Senior Vice President Reporting and Accounting.

The Management Reporting team is responsible for maintaining and delivering all recurrent reporting for Skanska Group Leadership Team and Board e.g Dashboards, project lists and Capital Management follow up. The team is also Business responsible for the BI system (Oracle) and supporting the Business Units in completing their Quarterly review packages. In addition, the team is responsible for creating and automating reports and thereby increasing efficiency and usefulness. As mentioned above the team is driving the Corporate Governance Information Initiative working with business data and information. This initiative implicates close involvement with all Group Functions at Skanska's Headquarters as well as all Skanska Business Units, in essence working as an internal consultant.
We believe that the ideal candidate for this position has a couple of years' experience in managing and modeling large amounts of data as well as presenting the numbers with clarity and consistency. You have a great interest in analytics and information management and a willingness to give stakeholders excellent support as well as challenging them in driving business reporting to the next level. Relevant experience could be financial and/or business analysis, consulting or similar. Experience from a large organization and/or from working in an international organization is an advantage. University degree in Business administration/finance/engineering and good communication- and presentation -skills in English is required.
