We are looking for a Senior Business Controller with passion for IT to the IT Control unit in Stockholm. The team is today seven persons situated in Espoo, Turku, Riga, Oslo and Stockholm and we are responsible for coordinating and securing the business follow-up, planning and forecasting processes within If IT. Our assignment is to ensure a tight control and good understanding of the underlying performance and IT cost development of If. During the last years we have introduced a transparent IT cost model including a BI solution for IT cost follow up with aligned modern reporting tools. We will now take a next step in further improving our financial processes and reporting as well as share knowledge based on available information.
You will be working in an experienced team with controlling of business performance and cost efficiency to secure the success of IT. You will contribute to improve reporting and overall the communication of IT cost drivers and achievements within the If organization and be an important speaking partner to controllers and managers within the If organization.
- Analyse IT performance regarding business efficiency and cost effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Deliver accurate reporting of IT financials and achievements.
- Coordinate plan- and forecast activities within the IT organisation including giving advice to managers in budget creation.
- Participate in and when needed take lead in development of IT reporting, financial processes and tools.
We think that the ideal candidate for this position has a strong background from Business Controlling in a large organization as well as good knowledge and understanding in IT financials and business. Relevant experience from management consulting could also be a suitable and interesting background.
You have a University degree in Business administration/finance. You are used to work in a cross-country setting and you have good communication and presentation skills in English as well as in Swedish.
As a person, you are committed, solution-focused and positive. You have a structured approach, analytical and careful with details. You are curious and enjoy working together in teams and do not hesitate to take lead when ever needed. You are used to advise and question managers in a constructive manner based on financial facts.
