Grifols Nordic AB is a subsidiary to Grifols S.A with headquarters in Stockholm managing the operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland.

As General Manager COS for the Nordic countries, you will support the Sales Divisions to achieve ethic, quality and profitable sales while ensuring the fulfillment of corporate policies and local regulations. Note that the General Manager COS will not have the full commercial responsibility for the Nordic business as this responsibility will be divided between the commercial directors for each division on a European level.

The general Manager will report to the Commercial Operations Support Director, European Subsidiaries & Commercial Facilities, in Barcelona.

Main accountabilities:

  • Legal representative of Grifols' legal entity in the country in order to guarantee and ensure that international and local laws are met
  • Institutional representation of the company in special forums being in contact with Health Authorities at top level, industrial Associations, patient organizations, and unions
  • Ensure on time delivery of reliable, quality and useful financial reporting and improving the financial performance through effective management
  • Overall physical product management from vendor purchase to customer sale ensuring the customers that they receive required goods in requested conditions
  • Effective utilization of human resources, building desirable working relationships among all members of the organization while obtaining maximum individual development

Who you are

  • Education: University degree on Business Administration or Economics or Laws. MBA desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions, with commercial experience. Desirable experience from integration of companies. Experience in Supply Chain Management. General Knowledge in Pharma Industry business will be looked upon favorably.
  • Languages: Swedish and advanced English, desirable other languages.

You have experiences in management of multidisciplinary teams and you have gained the necessary leadership skills in order to operate efficiently in a Matrix organization on an international level.
