Within the applicable labor laws and the company’s HR strategy, the HR Manager North Europe develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives for North Europe aligned with the overall company business strategy. The HR Manager NE advises the management in order to support current and future business needs through staff development, motivation, rewards and benefits to preserve of human capital. The responsibility also includes relation with trade unions to build and maintain a trusted relationship that supports open dialogue and continuous organizational development.
The HR Manager North Europe manage a team of 4 employees - 2 HR Officers, 1 IT Manager and 1 Executive Assistant. The HR Manager NE is a member of the Management Team North Europe, reports to the General Manager North Europe, and has a functional reporting line to the Area Europe HR Manager based in the head office in Amsterdam/Paris.
We search an HR Manager NE with a master degree in Human Resources or a comparable degree, together with 7 – 10 years of experience in HR in an international environment at management level. You also have a broad experience working with unions. You have experience in leading a team with a capability to develop, motivate and coach the team to its best. You have affinity with IT tools and systems and are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish, and ideally knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian.
We seek a result oriented and energetic person who is open to change and new approaches in the business. You have a strong capability to build relationships and communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
