We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of HR for Northern Europe. You will join an innovative, high performing, international company where you will get the opportunity to set the agenda for the strategical and operational HR for the region whilst supporting the many activities across functions and countries. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
As Head of HR you will act as a key advisor and sparring partner to Nordic Board of Directors when implementing the overall business plan and strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously develop the strategy creating an HR organization that lies in the forefront of what modern HR represents today in terms of digitalization and talent management etc. You will lead the implementation of the BSH People strategy, and it will be your responsibility to identify people and organizational needs to meet the business strategy and drive implementation. You will be leading our HR operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, with affiliates in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Your HR team consists of 9 people, among them a team of 6 HRBP´s which are all responsible for different countries and functions.
This position will give you a unique opportunity to shape your own job and significantly influence the strategy of HR and the people agenda. You will report directly to the CFO Northern Europe whilst working closely with the team members in the different countries.
Who are you?
You either hold a relevant degree within Business, HR or an equivalent discipline and your solid experience in developing organizations and leaders has given you in-depth knowledge of both strategic and operational HR. You have a background as HR Director in a large, global company and thanks to your strong business understanding you have already proven your talent of setting and executing strategies together with leaders at all organizational levels. We believe that you have strong strategic and self-organizing skills. You are an outgoing person and have a natural talent in creating strong relationships throughout the company. You also have a passion in developing a class-leading HR department and with your can-do attitude you can easily convince your stakeholders that you can create sustainable results in a changing environment as well as deliver those outcomes.
