CIBT is seeking experienced sales leaders to join our growing business development team as we continue to expand our innovative global mobility solutions.  We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Swedish team located in Stockholm.

Tasks
Successful candidates will have the drive and determination to deliver on the following:

  • Achieve challenging monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Educate prospects on service solutions
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Pursue and close new business
  • Deliver polished presentations
  • Draft proposals and respond to requests for proposals

Requirements
Qualified applicants will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven track-record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting
  • Computer proficiency to include CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
