On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Recruiter. Our client is a global company within the process and packing industry.
Main tasks for a Recruiter:
- Independently drive and be responsible for recruitment processer from profile specification all the way to finalization, including compensation management
- Act as expert advisor to line managers in recruitment matters
- Use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as assessment test as part of the recruitment process
- Academic degree in HR or equivalent
- + 3 years’ experience in recruitment/ Human Resources
- Competence based interview methodology
- Worked with selection tools
- Experience in driving end-to-end recruitment process
- English, written and spoken (working language: English)
As a person you are flexible and has a high level of social-skills.
