We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager to be an advocate for Helvar's products to grow sales and market share through component sales to luminaire manufacturers.

About the role
As Sales Manager in Lighting Essentials at Helvar, your main focus will be on selling Helvar's luminaire components to luminaire manufacturers in Sweden, additionally to the projects in co-operation with Helvar Lighting Control Team. You will visit existing customers and build a personal relationship, as well as actively seek new accounts. You will ensure a simple and well-planned sales process with focus on the customer. Through networking and contacts, you will drive sales through attracting luminaire manufacturers and identifying unprocessed market.
You will be an experienced, active and truly customer-focused seller. As a natural people person and passionate about selling, you will be out with customers most of the time. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Finland, your main goal is to promote and sell Helvar's luminaire components focusing on our intelligent wireless, tunable white and DALI products in Sweden through building and upholding close relations with key stakeholders at all levels and stages of the Sales process. You are committed to achieve set targets, and enjoy exceeding them.

We are looking for a core background in sales and modern sales processes, preferably in the field of OEM sales, experience in project sales is a good addition. We are ready to train you to be an expert of our products; you will bring the sales expertise that drives the income.

- Experience in selling technical and complex products, preferably in the segment of Lighting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player, with ambition and aptitude to challenge
- Hands on and solution finder mentality
- Ability to close deals
- Flexibility and commitment
- Motivated and self-organized
- Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken
- Driving license
- Solid basic knowledge on LED / lighting components is a plus
