We are now looking for a leader with charismatic and coaching traits who wants to be part of our journey of change. The position will be based in Stockholm and you will work towards Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
What will you do?
As part of the CRES Nordic team consisting the responsibilities of this position include:
- Define and manage regional budget
- Submit and execute transformation projects (real estate and digital)
- Ensure operations, safety, and business continuity in the region
- Apply global policies, standards and processes, and feed back to central teams
- Provide an identified regional responsible for each central team

Who are you?
We want you to have experience as a coaching leader with charismatic traits who supports your coworkers and take care of stakeholder relations. You have experience with working in a staff function and are comfortable to serve internal costumers. You are good at creating the right conditions for your coworkers to succeed and thrive at work. You are also used to putting up strategies and comfortable when you present these to the board. We believe the successful candidate would be able to show below skills and experiences:
- Relevant academic education
- Minimum 5 years' experience from a related role within the area of Facility Management, Real Estate, hotel industry or equal.
- Great financial understanding (P&L)
- Excellent coordinating skills
- Great skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.

The role is full-time and based in Stockholm. As Head of Nordic CRES at Capgemini you will report to the Head of CRES Europe. As this is an international position there will be travelling within Sweden, to the Nordic countries and within Europe.
